Lucky Star OVA Announced

Good news is that they are releasing a 30 minute OVA based of the Lucky Star Anime, bad news it is only 1 OVA and its only 30 minutes long. I’d prefer if Kyoto Animation released more maybe a 6 part OVA series, or just a second season maybe that wishful thinking.

The lifestream and micro-blogging trend continues with another entry into the fray. This one with the strangest name yet. “Plurk” It’s not often that I catch one of those viral things on the web that goes massive in a short period of time. This time, however I’ve been sort of watching it happen.

Bad news about soaring oil prices coupled with high unemployment helped trigger a 400-point plunge in the stock market and even got lame-duck President Bush's attention long enough to tell us the economy wasn't good -- but the two men running for president simply ignored what some see as a looming depression.

"Pretty soon we'll have to fly naked!" The mass media rapidly embraced the UK terror storyline fed to them. The BBC, CNN, CBC Newsworld and other all-news broadcasters covered scarcely anything but the narrowly averted catastrophe throughout the day. Funny thing, but the general public wasn't buying it. The reaction was surprisingly cynical...
